1. What’s the warranty in your company? We offer warranty for 1 Year if there is some problems of quality. Except the man-made damage. 2. What’s the shipping for goods? In order to reduce the cost of customers, usually we send goods by express like DHL, UPS, FedEx,TNT and EMS because we enjoy the VIP price. If customer has familiar shipping agency, we can send goods to the address you provided. 3. How long goods can be received? Customer will received goods within 2-4 days. If there is any accident in shipping, we will notice you as soon as possible. 4. How to take the risk during transportation? We would bear the risk 100% in case the goods were missed or detained by custom in China. But if goods were missed or detained by custom occurring in other country excepting China, buyers are responsible for loss. 5. How to deal with the returns?
